Taker might drop the title soon before Judgement Day. And that mean, just like last year SD will prob. have a Battle Royal to see who will win the title. But we already know who its going to be. So if Batitista wins the the title who will win it from him.
I would say Kennedy but Batista wont put kennedy over as much as taker would and mostly everybody else is envolved with a storyline. Who can Batista fued with.

They might have Kennedy snatch the title by cheating - Finlay comes down and helps or something- and try and make some feud between those 2 and Batista, or have someone like KAne or Benoit step up to championship level.

MVP and Kennedy will be in the main event frame with Batista, Mark Henry, Kane etc. Plenty of talent left.

Benoit needs to be in the world title picture... US title are for mid carders... Kennedy is damn good.. Batista sucks... Booker will be back in a few weeks and that's damn good... Rey Mysterio will be back in a few months too

I would have to go with mark henrey to take on batista he is 500 pound almost he will be the next in line to take on batista I do not think mark heney could win tho mark heney.

Smackdown sucks now. The only thing they can do is admit RAW is the better brand and sit the hell down. :)
RAW has all the good wrestlers and since all the good wrestlers from Smackdown are injured, all Smackdown has now is a bunch of rejects and nobodys.
Just start watching TNA.
