about how long do birth control pills(seaonal) work after not taking them for days my soon to be husband took the pills and won't give them back. i have been on them for two year on longer,so how long will it take for me to get pregant,he won't a kid i don't. am 35 years old

sounds more like a relationship issue then anything else hun. But to answer your question the time it takes to get pregnant varies can be right away or take years depends on your body.Good luck

Why would you marry a person who would take your medication away from you? What are you, five years old?!
I would seriously consider not marrying him, at least not until he straightens up his controlling behaviour.
For now, get thee to the nearest Planned parenthood, they can give you another set of pills, just HIDE THESE.
Or, you can use some other sneaky method of birth control, like film, or some other chemical spermicide, though to be honest I wouldn't have sex with a man who did something like that. It's your body, your decision to get pregnant or not to and when!!!
You can get pregnant by missing as few at three pills, so GO TODAY!

You SHOULD see an OBGYN for prenatal care and pre pregnancy care NOW.
Your husband is clearly a petty, controlling jackass, and you have no self respect. Since you're clearly happy to be nothing but an incubator for his masculine need for an heir, just lie back and let him do whatever he wants. If you, and the rest of society, is lucky, one or both of you is sterile.
If you actually want to avoid popping out an unwanted child, then either divorce the jackass, or get something like a Depo Provera shot.or Intrauterine Device that your controlling, childish husband won't notice.

wellf or some people it happens within the week they are off of the pill but for some it can take months it just depends on your body, howevere if you do not want children and he does i think you need to sit down and have a serious talk because children area big responsibility and if you have any doubts then you should nto bring a child into a world where he/she is not wanted. they are so precious and very fragile and a relationship works 2 ways he should respect that you do not want children or you should both decide you do want children!! good luck

it really depends on your body. i am a doctor if you want you can e-mail so we can discuss so different options of birth control you can get on without your hubby knowing.
