I have the same exact problem except i'm 24 and look like I'm 14! Try makeup, and clothing helps ALOT. Business-looking clothes with feminine lines (I love shirts with darts). Shoes/boots with pointed toes instead of rounded. Pretty much your attire, how you act, and makeup will give more of a clue about your age. Also, jewelry.Think simple and classic, nothing plastic and gaudy. Just think, when you are older, you will look so young! I met this lady I thought she was about 60 and she told me her son is turning 60! But I know how you feel, people say you are too young for this or that and you are over 20! good luck!

Change your outfits and wear more mature looking clothes. Don't shop in super trendy/teen stores.
You can still wear jeans and shirts, no need to dress like a business women, but opt for clothing with simple designs, no girly/childish patterns. Such as, don't wear a shirt that says "Angel" / Princess or something silly like that.
If you are short, you can wear heels. But if you look young because of your face, there isn't much to do except change your make up.
It's better to look young than old, cause when you reach 30s and 40s you'll be the envy of many.

why would you want to! That's such a compliment that you look young...think about it. You'll look like you're thirty when you're 40. I'm 26 and I still get carded all the time, I love it, I always thank the people too.
BUT, it could be the way you dress. There is definately a "teen" way of dressing that you want to avoid if you're wanting to look like a mature adult. I don't mean be boring and plain, just develop your own style and don't shop in the juniors section anymore or stores like wet seal, etc.I'm not saying you do, just if you did, that would definately make you look like you were still 16.
