I've used Windows Defender for years and it has been great!

Go to the below link and download "Advanced Windows Care Personal" by clicking on the "Get Freebie" bar on that page. Install it, and run it. It'll do a really nice job of getting rid of things you don't need, dumping spyware, etc.

just use norton and try cwshredder its small and powerful and there is no sign of aol in sight!

It ashame how AOL have so many people believing that you NEED them and that it is not the other way around. When I first got my first computer they used to control everything, EVEN MEDIA files!

adaware personal is very good it updates free great program
get it from lavasoft.com the pro version you have to pay is not much better than personel
