Spouse saw calls that I made to another man, but now when I asked for all of his itemized cell phone calls to see who he has been talking to,he says he has nothing to hide and would get it for me to see, but it's been 2 months and he has not gotten anythin..why is this the case? Why does he not want me to see his cell phone bill.

He might have forgotten, or he can't be bothered for such a trivial matter (in his opinion). You could point out to him that it's bad manners to make empty promises. But do forgive him.

Forget the code! If this person has never given you a reason to doubt them then don't. When you look for trouble you find it. Plus, it's an invasion of privacy. How would you like someone listening to messages that were meant for you? Even married people are entitled to some privacy. Destroy the code before you do something you regret.

That could possibly be the reason.....or maybe he feels like why would you questioned him when it's you calling someone else.....(not sure if you were, you didn't say you didn't).....but, anyways, maybe he feels like your the one who needs to do the proving......Have you proven to him that you didn't make any phone calls to another man?? And if you did and if he is as well calling another woman then you both need to re-evualate your marriage to one another.....
