*edit* I know the Metallica song...it's for sure not that one. I'm 100% positive it was country. Is Kansas a country group? Thats what came up with the most results when I searched, but it just doesn't seem right.

The name of the singer is Davis Daniel and the title of the song is "Fighting Fire With Fire". I been looking for the same song for awhile and I finally found out who the singer was. Hope it is the right one you are looking for.
