secondary erectile dysfunction is defined as dysfunction caused by known factors that are external. Things like medications can cause secondary erectile dysfunction. Emotional issues can cause secondary erectile dysfunction.
Physical issues cause primary erectile dysfunction.

I don't know the number of affected men, but some specific statistic will be easy to find on Internet. Medically the Secondary Erectile Dysfunction concern any man who has been able to achieve and maintain erections in the past but now are not able to.
