The film covers more than one cause of global warming, but the C02 emissions from our industrialized nations, mostly from fuel inefficient cars and burning coal for electricity, receives a lot of attention in the film. Rightly so. Today a study was released which says the melting of the Artic ice cap is happening 30 years faster than scientists first predicted. Time to buy a more fuel efficient car!

i think its the use of many chemicals that unfortumately have a bad effect on the envionment like for example: fossil fuel,coal,and nuclear energy but as for algore i think he is hypocrite i mean his electricity bill come 3000 some dollars i dont think thats a good thing for someone who is promoting energy saving and all that.

It all has to do with the escaping of Greenhouse Gases and the carbon dioxide level rising over time.
