it's when a women's pants are too tight and you can see the outline of her vagina. It's looks like a camel's toe... or in some cases... a moose knuckle.... (larger women)

Even though what i noticed people kept sayin if a woman wears TIGHT pants.....not necessary. What makes a camel toe appear is pants that are light material and are worn very high on waist. not all tight jeans or pants will make a camel toe appear, only light, very stretchy appearance pants that are pulled up high that your vagina big lips are spread apart by pants mid-inseam.....
