Everything on the computer screen is rotated... it's as if the whole moniter is turned 90 degrees to the left. Take your monitor and turn it 90 degrees to the left with your hands, and that's exactly how things look on the screen. How do I fix this?

There is usually a button or knob (or series of buttons knobs sliders etc.) on a monitor that lets you change its settings. Try playing around with these to see if you can fix it.

Though it might be a problem with your video card - make sure it has the most up to date drivers, and then check the settings under 'display' in control panel. (though that might be kind of fun with your display all screwed up).

you might try booting to 'safe mode' by pressing f8 while the machine boots to see if it comes up correctly - if so then it is definitely video card settings - and you can probably fix them while in safe mode. otherwise it is definitely the monitor.

On the monitor set up options, click on the rotation property until it is back to normal.

The problem is in your monitor settings. Refer to your manual or go to the manufacturer's website for information on adjusting it.
