Its sexual harassment toward the UPS guy. If it made you feel uncomfartable you can report her though. At my job, obviously sexual harassment is not tolerated. However, if someone says something sexual about another person they can still get in trouble if someone reports them. They wont be fired but will get a warning. Direct harassment constitutes firing on the spot.

Really only if you were offended. Were you offended? It wasn't that offensve.... Just a comment... you'd have to be one of those easily-offended types to take exception to such harmless banter... Take this one on credit. Say nothing for now and know that you are clear to describe your intent regarding the sexy auditor or next outside eye candy.
Or if you're like me: Relax and let it be a joke... Why make waves?

Anything like that can be considered sexual harassment but was she directing what she meant at you? because if she said "she'd tap dat" to you yes, but to the UPS guy, you can't doanything about it. but he can.

Yes. You are a coworker that is having to listen to comments made of a sexual nature. You do not have to work in an environment where sexuality is so discussed.
