If there is no deity, then there really is no purpose. Think of the countless people that have died and remain totally unknown, with all of their life experiences being unknown and unimportant to those tht followed.

If there is a deity, then there still may not be a purpose depending upon the deity.

Purpose assumes that you are an effect that someone caused. Your parents caused you to exist, but what is THEIR purpose? You might be able to define your own purpose, but it is totally artificial and is really a trick of semantics.

It's an interesting question that should prompt you to investigate the possibilities a bit more.

I personally believe that God created us with a purpose to serve and worship Him, ultimately to spend eternity with Him as our Creator.

It is a trap to think that we can make our own purpose. What we will do is to invent something that makes us feel good then our purpose simply becomes doing things that make us feel good.

The more we come to realize we are only inventing things to do to make us feel good, the worse we feel about it.

We need purpose. This question of purpose is all over the internet. Everyone is crying for the answer.

The answer is that our Creator put the need for our Creator into our heads and we will never, ever be at peace until we find our peace in Him.

Seek your Creator. Seek Him by serving others because having the same Father, those others are your brothers and sisters.

To seek your Creator is the most noble and exciting adventure that could ever be imagined.

Your question is very profound, and I am sure it is a very serious one at your age. And that is o.k. Keep asking those important questions. It is difficult to tell you the exact the purpose for your life, but I believe everyone has a purpose. You never know how many lives you will effect. Make each action a positive one. Good deeds are contagious. If you see someone without a smile, give them yours. As you display the goodness which is within you, you will slowly see how important you are, and you will realize your purpose.
