My son tells me that this sounds like a home made crack pipe. My son works with addicts.Tell your parents! Your brother needs help. He may be made right now but he needs the help. There are places like the one my son works in that help people get off of drugs and alcohol.

Well all's I have to say about that is it very well may be a time for an "Intervention"!!! When I lived in the "Big City" many years ago, I had a girlfriend who didn't even so much as drink alcohol, but her husband was also my friend and she sent me out to the garage to ask him where something was, in her kitchen while she was cooking dinner... Well, when I went out to the garage, he & his buddies were smoking something off of aluminum foil, too!! And he tried to hide it from me, when he saw me coming in... Well, when I went back into the house I'd asked his wife, my friend what it was they were smoking? Her answer was that she didn't want to go into it with me.. That's when I had to know, because he was my friend too, and being that he also was my friend I became very worried about it... And pried the answer out of her... She told me, she'd been trying to leave him with their three children for months, because of his "Heroine" habit.. I was in shock, over this!!! That's when I started to having her over to my house, instead of going to their's!! I didn't like going over there anymore after I'd heard about this!! So, from what I heard this is the devil's drug!!! And once people start, they cant stop!!! So, you may have to do an "Intervention" on him!! If need be, you can email them with your family, once you've discussed this problem with them first... at: http://www.tvintervention.com... I do believe it is, or its: http://www.interventiontv.com.....Its on T.V. so tv, is in the name of the program... I dont think it cost's anything, I cant be sure about this however, I just watch the show, on tv.. And you can get the email from watching it on tv, as well, yourself. They usually show it at the end of each show. And they show it on channel 27 here, in Arizona. Which would be: The A&E channel, and its usually on late at night..but alot of times they will advertise the show during the days, about the next showing times.. people roll up aluminum foil to make a pipe to smoke weed out of if they don't have any other instruments.

could be anything, really...hashish, crack, some oily extract of marijuana, some new designer drug...
Warn him that the aluminum vapor is VERY dangerous! That expression of concern might open up a real conversation about whatever drug it is, and make communication more likely to occur than a harsh confrontation.

ummm not tobacco!! some people smoke weed out of foil. (you make a pipe) Crack too! I believe that you can also smoke cocain out of it too!!

could be anything. from weed to opiates. anything that can be smoked, can be done off of foil.

crank, coke.. heroin.. could be a number of things. I would tell your parents, he will be mad at you but hey so what!? Needs to be stopped before it turns into a problem if its not already. Good luck!
