I was 6' 2" at age 13, and am 6' 6", now, but the mileage you get may vary.
As far as your penis, sorry, it is just gonna shrink. Better take a photo of it while you can still see it.

Average age that Men stop growing is around the age of 21, so between now and then you can expect more growth between now and then. Probably not many growth spurts, but more no w as a gradual process through the years. I'm sure that includes your penis as well. You still have a lot to go.

Most people stop growing at the age of 21 years or there abouts - so another six years by my calculations

the possibility of growing taller in height and bigger in penis lenght and width are great considering your young age of 15 years. expect more growth. you are only limited by your genes. in any case, keep on playing with your penis to make it bigger, longer, and thicker. cheers!
