I am an undergrad, looking for a place to teach so that I can then find out where they like to hire from so that I can then get into the proper graduate school.

You will need a doctorate eventually, you can begin teaching with a Masters tho. The good grad schools for philosophy are:

NYU
Rutgers
New Brunswick
Princeton University
University of Michigan , Ann Arbor
University of Pittsburgh
Stanford University
Harvard University

You are going about it the wrong way. If you want to teach in a college, you should get into a doctoral program as soon as possible. You should go to the best program that you can get into.
