No, it's not too much to ask for. What is life without love, depressing. Do love and to be love you have to open yourself up to being hurt. Some people can't do this. Some do it too easily. Love, trust & honesty is the key to happiness!

Blessings nice question .Yes i could. There's no reason to stop loving someone who doesn't love you the way you'd like him to--demanding something in return is the selfish side of love, and not the part that's important or meaningful at all. There's love and there's being in love. Being in love is mostly illusory since it is fuelled by ego and body chemistry. It is so tied up with what we want for ourselves, what we want from our partners and how we feel that it is hard to think of it as not being us. Real love starts with whether you love yourself - once you really appreciate yourself, you'll find that it is easier to give without expecting something in return and who wouldn't be attracted to love without conditions

All I ever wanted out of this life was to love and be loved. But I guess it's to much to ask for because I haven't found true love yet. I thought my last boyfriend was the one, he pretended to be perfect but come to find out he was faking the whole relationship he never intended to keep his promises.

Love is the one thing that should be the easiest to give and receive, so no, you aren't asking for too much. Hey, Love is all you need!

Yes. Love is something given freely. It can't be demanded or even asked for. If given to you just to fill a selfish need, then it wouldn't be love. It would be a good feeling that will eventually die like a cut flower.

no...live is just something a little hard to get from people. Just be who you are and try to talk to people so they could know you better, that could probably help you get the love you want ^_^
