Can anyone tell me how to slave two of more computers together?

i have alot of crap computers, and someone told me that i can link them together to get a bassically combined force of computers, i would almost use a comparisson to a computer megazord. lol, but seriosly i really need help with this if it is possible please tell me so.

Haven't done this before but I've seen plenty of people post about Beowulf clusters. Depending on your end use of the system though, this may not be a desirable configuration for a general computer user (i.e. don't expect commercial software to just take advantage of a cluster of systems).
