2-pac....just listen to his music...but then again you have to be able to relate or understand where he coming from with his lyrics

Best rapper of ALL TIME? I'd have to say LL Cool J. He started out at about 14 years old in his grandmothers basement and today he is almost 40 and is still going strong.

To me, you can say whos the best rapper, but there isnt because everybody has a different style of the artist. I like Juelz Santana, Chingy, Lloyd Banks, but I dont think neither of them are the best because they are all good, but you can say that some are better then others

Tupac Shakur 2pac!!! Even though I don't like the explict langauage and bitc*, hoe etc. I like his music. He had some positive things to say too. 2pac music never get old.
