First try googling the band name, and any member names you can think of. If this is a high school band, try to find your school's website and contact the alumni association if they have one.

Then try the following websites:
http://www.classmates.com
http://www.reunionsworld.com/
http://www.reunions.com/
http://www.reuniontime.com/
http://www.alumni.net/

If you think members may still be local, you can try running a classified ad or announcemnt in the local papers, especially around holiday times when people are more likely to be in town. Most newspapers will run these announcements for free or for a very low cost.

I'd also suggest setting up your own website - you can do it on freebie pages - in case people are looking for you.

High School or Drum & Bugle Corp ?

Google first on the Name of the Band... most high-schools have alumni sites, and you can contact friends thru there.

I was a Baritone player 1978, 79, 80 for the FHS Indians and the Santa Clara County Vanguard !!

Good Luck, and "Low Brass kicks @ss !!"
