If you're talking about natural causes for major climate changes, then probably not that fast.
On the other hand, we get smacked by an Asteroid 50 miles across travelling at 100,000 miles an hour...now that might change the weather real fast, just ask the dinosaurs, lol!

I hope you're not confusing 'climate' with 'weather' because the two aren't the same. Climate is like a collection of varied weather, like snowy, rainy, dry, etc.,.
No, the 'climate' can't change in a matter of days but the 'weather' can change in minutes. As another responder to your question said, a large asteroid impact would alter our climate very quickly, but that's it. Even the forecast climate changes caused by so-called global warming will take several years to become very noticeable.
