Um...
Your question doesn't make any sense.
Maybe add some details? (though they would probably be about as sensical).

"con" was basically use in old DOS versions for "Console" so cant be created - there are other reserved name too like
lpt1, lpt2, nul, com1, com2, com3, com4, clcok$, prn and may be many more
you can make the folder named "con" however by following this method - create a new folder, rename it "con" but dont press enter yet. Hold down Alt and type 255 on the number pad and then press enter. (for laptop users, press fn key and press the letter keys k-i-i to make use of the numberpad) then press enter and the folder will be named "con"
Dont know what issues you might come across by over-riding the defaults.

You cannnot create a folder named "con" because
dos has one command like copy con and one more command like copy so if the file name is "con" then the OS cannot identify the proper command.

This appears to be a reserved name that Microsoft does not want you to use. You have 255 characters to use as a folder name so make good use of as many as you can.

You are right.
Windows will not allow you to name a folder "con", "lpt1", "com2" etc...
I think these all have to do with legacy DOS restrictions.
