are all flat, its not puffy anymore, I keep on stretching it, to get it
back to its original fluffyness,

did you follow the washing instructions, if you did then call the company and get it replaced. I've figured this out on my own and it works great, but it takes a little time and effort , to get anything to keep its fluffiness is by "1.gentle wash 2. tumble dry and 3. air dry by spreading it out over nite over a table or sofa" try it and let know, good luck

I keep an old pair of canvas shoes and wash them with the comforter and then dry them with it as well, that will fluff as it dries. If your comforter is to big for your dryer, that may be part of the problem. Also, to get it to dry more evenly, put a dry large towel in the dryer when you start the drying process. (You fluff pillows the same way!)

Put tennis balls in the dryer with the comforter. It helps fluff it up.
