The obvious pro is a paycheck...everyone's gotta pay the bills. The cons to finding a job...sometimes the job may not be exactly what you had hoped. Sometimes you have to work with difficult people. Sometimes the pay isn't what you hoped. When all is said and done, you have these things in one way or another for almost any job. The actual FINDING of the job is what can be very frustrating...it could happen on the first interview, or it could take weeks or months before you're finally hired. Bottom line, gotta pay the bills, so you gotta get a job, so be patient, and find a job that you think you will like, or can at least live with until you can get the job you want. Good luck!

Well there are many pros and cons

Pros
- you get money
- you get to meet new people
- you get to learn a new skill
- you learn how to be more responsible
- instead of sitting at home you get out of the house

cons
- you have to put up with people you dont like in the workplace
- you sometimes have to get up when you are already exaused
- you are sometimes too tired to go out by the time you arrive back home
- you dont get to spend a lot of time at home

I definately think that the pros outweight the cons!
