of course he will. he has pretty much gotten off scott free. the republicans do not fight back like they should. our elected officials for some reason, are just taking blow after blow when there is so much they could be going after in the democratic party. why doesnt anyone stand up and fight??????????
its driving me over the edge.

Jefferson caused loss of property and even possible loss of life by his greedy and probably illegal usurping of national guard assets during a crisis just to retrieve "his" questionable money.
He should be removed from office immediately!!!

Yes, unless they can prove it was ill-gotten (criminal).

So long as he doesn't use any of it on himself, the IRS can't make him claim it as income. Maybe he's just safekeeping it (cold hard cash, so to say) for someone else.
