I fully agree with you. I find so much stupitidity going on in the legal profession that some time I like banging my head on the wall, what for I entered this profession to see all such big idiots who may not even attended the regular classes during the law graduation stage went there every year just to appear for the examination as it happens in some state universities (specially one in the State of UttarPardesh about which Shri Amitabh Bachhan say the crime is less then any other state), got through by all wrong means, got a LLB degree & got registered with the Bar Council & started practicing as an Advocate, if got chance got a into the lower judiciary & became Judges if not the notary public or oath commissioners. Doing all sort blunders as you pointed out here & a very recent legal issue which I just solved for a couple who had asked in yahoo answers & later contacted me online directly for its solution. I know you too belong to this profession & you'll also laugh when I tell you how this poor couple who got married under the Special Marriage Act,1954, went to an Advocate in Puna district court to get their marriage annulled just after four days of their marriage & what he did ? He got their marriage annulled on a Rs100/- Stamp Paper, signed by both, witnessed by two persons & attested by the Notary Public, & told them they are free now need not go to court for any other decree of annulment. So my dear friend what you will say for such big cheats in the profession? Give a thought to this incidence too, keeping in mind had this couple taken this document as the decree of annulment & remarried with some one else or produced this document for any legal or government process what would be the consequences?

The most difficult thing to do in India is - to be honest. Nithari case happened because there were lot of people with whom injustice was happening and they were poor enough to file any court case against anyone. And have they actually got justice or they all have to wait for another few years or they would get compensated for the loss of their children and everyone else would forget about their pains after sometime....... ... as the procedure of the courts are too long.. and games are being played .... and some lawyers inorder to earn lot of money harm their own clients's lives.....And this greed for money and luxury and loss of moral values is ... drowing our country's value system. Has things changed there? No people in the court still demand bribe from everyone and dont feel ashamed of doing that as they have killed their own voice of conscious... So many cases are purposely being dealyed by the lawyers inorder to earn money .. date after date.. and then again date and the person who is corrupt and can give bribe ... wins and those who cannot have to wait for justice to happen in some other way...

I think ur the most stupid of all. Its the media who plays vital role in reacting to every damn scene. But they also cant help it, its their job, their main income, let them do their job, if ur not interested ( as most of the indians are ), just change the channel.
We Indians dont care a damn abt shipa stuff. Its the media who hype things.
cheers,

Your statement "it is an open fact that the lower judiciary in
India is highly corrupted" has got no relevance to the question.

the suckers who file cases just want to be famous, and the media is just adding fuel to this. a new religion of fools has evolved as they have got no other specific thing to do.
