I heard that many employers have a negative view of those people who use unemployment insurance and claim unemployment benefits. They prefer not to hire those people. Does anybody know anything about this issue?

No it will not. I hire employees daily, I have no knowlege of whether or not they have claimed unemployment, nor do I care. I personally have had to claim unemployment and it hasnt effected me either.

Never heard that anywhere, nor was I advised to make that a consideration when I've hired people.

People end up on UE for a variety of reasons; it's WHY you are unempolyed I care about as an employer, not did you use the beneifts available to you.
