You can become an ordained minister here:

It costs nothing to become ordained, only to receive your credentials and any other literature you may need.
This ordination is valid in just about every state, you just have to file it with the county where you will be preforming the service.
Now, you must know that legally there is ONLY one state where same-sex marriages are recognized (Massachusetts) and three other states that have Civil Unions which are legally recognized. (New Jersey, Connecticut and Vermont)
In all other states your services would be purely ceremonial in nature and not legally recognized.

Uhm, immigrate to Canada, and become a "marriage commissioners, judges, justices of the peace or clerks of the court" then you can perform them, not exclusively on the same-sex, but you do get to do same-sex marriages.
Also someone mentioned religion, I think we should push the legal issue only, let religions change on their own.

find a church that performs gay marriages, ( in a place or country where it is legal). then ask them how to become an ordained minister.

You can easily get ordained by your preacher and it doesn't cost much.
