I sent a letter Priority (which is 2-3 day delivery to anywhere in the country). I sent this letter to a location about 50 miles away. Will the letter get there faster than 2-3 days because it's so close?

If it's only 50 miles, drive it over yourself.

Not necessarily. While it could seem faster because it is priority, you have to take in consideration public holidays whenever you send mail, and because priority costs a little bit more, and will be delivered right to someone's door (meaning a signature is required), most times it is faster sending something by normal post, that I have found.

Less miles for the fact if you get a car with more miles u are going to have repairs sooner. some stuff can only last certain amount of miles depending on how you take care of the vehicle but less miles is the best.

My guess is probably not. By the way, I think the U.S. Postal Service is generally a marvel. It's fast, inexpensive, and pretty reliable. Good work, postal employees!

It should get there the next day. I postal some postal orders yesterday by standard 1st class post and they got there this morning.
