what the braking system called that the rock cralers use whare you pull on one lever and one tire locks up and there nothing in the axel or the dif the on the brakes

lots of hillbillies with lots of differant names for that brake but i think it is a cut off brake

Steering brakes operated by two pull handles we used to use them on dune buggys too.
