Safe as in offering the best protection against pregnancy, safe as in having the least side effects on your body or safe as in providing protection against disease?
If you are looking for protection against pregnancy then the pill.
If you are wanting the least invasive option healthwise and are also looking to stay safe from disease then condoms (unless you are allergic to rubber).
Of course both have to be used correctly for either to work effectively.

See about an IUD...implanted birth control in your uteris...good for 5-10 yrs...im not sure, but you may have to already have had a child to get it...but i dont know...otherwise, id say both...i got pregnant with 2 kids on the pill...so i dont hold that much faith in it...but in conjunction with a condom, it would probably fare better. maybe birth control pills along with spermicide foam stuff...theres so many different forms of birth control now a days, talk to your Gyno.

Well no birth control in 100 %, not even having your tubes tied !!!
I fell pregnant while on the injection, my mom got pregnant with me after having her tubes tied.
I would say take birth control ( for me the injection is better no pill to drink every morning, just get injected every 3 months ) and use condoms....

Both together. Whichever you do go with though, remember nothing is 100%. Condoms burst and the pill doesnt always work for some people!

Use both at the same time. Two is always better than one. And if you're going to use a condom, use Durex brand. They have the best non-break rating according to Consumer Reports. An OBGYN will get you fixed up with BC.

This depends on what you want to be safe from. If you wish to avoid disease, condoms are safer. If you wish to avoid pregnancy, I think they are about the same. But pills can cause hormone imbalances that lead to weight gain and mood swings.

there's a slender risk. i replaced into on the tablet & my bf used a condom and he pulled out each each now and then (he did no longer continually use a condom yet maximum of time). in any case im 13 weeks preggo... in spite of the indisputable fact that we did sleep mutually like 3-5 circumstances a week so we've been pushing our success lol no longer something is a hundred% sorry

We always relied on condoms and they worked for us. With all the STD's becoming epidemic these days, I wouldn't consider anything but a condom. And I'd buy my own to be on the safe side.
And if you don't know what size to buy, then you don't know the boy well enough to have sex with him.
