Most of us have dark hair, but I don't know about black. Most of the Jews I know have dark brown hair, like mine. But I also have cousins with red hair and blonde hair - it depends on where the family is from. And of course it's genetic! Our hair color comes directly from our genes.
And to the poster above, who said that being Jewish is a "religion not a heritage," you are completely and totally wrong. Jews are both a religious and an ethnic group.

The original Jewish stock were Semites which makes them genetically the same people as Arabs (ironic isn't it) so the original Jews all had black hair. When they left the middle east and fled to Europe they sometimes married locals so they became more genetically diverse and other hair colors began to appear. Therefore Jews can have any color hair, but it is more likely for them to have dark hair.

IMHO, as in many Middles East people, Jewish people genetically has black hair. But after diaspora the Jewish people were spreading mostly in European countries where some of them may have developed hair color other than black perhaps from intermarriage....

Can have black, red, blond (tori spelling?) brown and every hue in between. I'm jewish and I have strawberry blondish hair!
