I found a good blog background, I would like to use it into my blog. (author said the background style can be copy for free). But they are seperate files in "HTML" and "STYLE" format. My blog only can accept css file. How to use these 2 files and edit to css file?
If anyone can help to edit, I can email the HTML and STYLE to file to you.

Please help me, thank you.

You have two options.
1) Find the location of the CSS file and then add it to the web address. You will then be presented with the chance to save the file to your pc.

2) Browse the webpage which access the CSS.
Click on File and Save As...
The type should be web page.
Now go to the folder that you saved the page to and you will see an additional folder with a similar name to the page. In this folder you should find all the files used by the web page. Including images, Javascript and CSS.

well most places CSS is a style sheet. You would have my.css and it is called from your html.
