You should have a Print Screen" button on your key board. Press it when you want to capture what is on the screen.

You then need to find your clipboard viewer program and view the clipboard.

The screen can actually be printed or saved to file from the clipboard.

If you have trouble finding the clipboard viewer then do a serch for any files which end in .clp and try to open them the clipboard viewer will be call up from trying to open this type of file.

Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. (It may be marked "Prt Scrn" or something like that.

Now open MS Paint.
Edit -> Paste.

A copy of your screen should now be the picture you are working on. Edit as necessary (draw red circles round things you want to highlight etc) then Save the file. JPG if possible (as it is smaller than BMP which Paint uses by default).

And that's all there is to it!
