Toleration isn't endorsement. We ought to tolerate relatively trivial strange behavior if it's relatively victimless. But is such behavior absolutely victimless? By making a mockery of normal families, this sort of thing undermines the human institutions that have proved best in raising children; in those nations of Europe that have passed gay-marriage legislation, marriage among heterosexual parents has plummeted. And married couples do a statistically far better job in bringing up children with positive adult outcomes and fewer life-failures.
___Non-judgmentalness can be taken too far. Judging doesn't have to be absolute, black-&-white condemnation. It is a valid thing for human societies to decide which behaviors are preferable to others, and it can exert gentle discouragements that keep the incidence of less-desirable behavior down, while allowing some slack for those who have more difficulty conforming.
___Assuming that all judgment is necessarily absolute condemnation is an error of reasoning committed by black-&-white thinkers without any subtlety of thought-- an error that they customarily blame on others. Nuance is too important to considerations of human affairs to let the cynics try to shame us out of exercising any rationality in moral issues.

It might be of interest for You to learn that I have been Both a Bribes maid and a Matron of Honor. First time I was wearing My uniform. The second occasion I wore a morning suit and the Best Man (Wendy) wore a Dress similar to those of the Brides Maids. The First was at a Hospice. and the second was at a Civil Wedding. And I was proud to do it for My friends. My wife understood that Male Nurses are unashamed of Our commitment to those in Our care. Perhaps You should expand the horizons of You experiences of life. Then You will not be quite so shocked by reality.

I can think of something more wrong than a man in a wedding dress.

People who judge strangers and feel the need to expose innocent bystanders to their intellectual vomit by posting such questions in a public forum.

Mind your business. If you really feel "to each his own", then there was no need to comment on it.

I don't think that it is anyones place to judge another. If they are happy who is to say what is right and what is wrong. Life is too short to worry about what others are doing. My mum used to say be careful when you point that finger at others because ten will be pointing right back at you. Kind of like that people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Now try and be kinder to people because you don't know where your destiny will lead you.

What's wrong with that? Most people only wear a wedding dress once in their lives, I'm sure the guy wanted to experience it too. He's not a freak for doing that. You are for being so closed-minded.

I didn't see it, but I wish I had!
My first impression is - weird!
But then they say Love is Blind don't they?
I suppose you don't know until you are in that position yourself, as much as I love my partner, I really don't know how I would react if he said he also wanted to wear a dress at our upcoming wedding!
As they say - each to their own.
We should not judge others but sometimes it is hard!!!

I would not accept it whatsoever. I would be fine if my fella and father to my children said " Im gay and Im leaving" I would still have him here with his kids. But if he said he wanted to dress as a woman I would tell him to just stay away from us. Even my own father if he wanted to do it, I wouldnt accept it.

Live and let live people. No harm caused as far as I can see. Personally I'll be raising MY children to accept that the world is full of individuals and to be tolerant and open-minded.
