This doesn't look like one question though.
Inequalities are not very difficult especially if u understand equations. > means greater than and < less than
r+7>3 means an unknown number r is added to 7 but still less than 3
i) r+7>3 subtract 7 from both sides gives
r+7-7>3-7
r>-4

ii)3r-5>r+7 grouping like terms
3r-r>7+5
2r>12
r>6

iii)4h+7<1
4h<1-7
4h<-6
h<-3/2

iv)d+1<-1
d<-1-1
d<-2

v)2w+4>19-w
2w+w>19-4
3w>15
w>5

keep on doing that will help you if you have problems

if you are trying to find r then do your working thinking of the > or < sign as being an = sign and just rearrange then put the correct sign back in at the end. The only time the sign 'flips' ('<' becomes '>' and '>' becomes '<') is when you multiply or divide by a negative number

r+7>3 , r>3-7, r>-4

3r-5>r+7, 3r-r>7+5, 2r>12, r>6 and so on
