...that seem so predictable (and come true almost everytime) that I almost feel psychic...
When I warn my less-experienced and younger friends of the "for sure" trouble they're running headlong into...
They think I'm crazy...
As if they're saying to me (a wise middle-aged owl)
"...How can you know that? You're NOT psychic?!?
Why do I believe "more-experienced" people when they warn me, and take their warning to heart, without having to dip my toe in the quicksand to find out quicksand is deadly...? And why do other people have to be "saved" from the quicksand because they didn't believe me when I told them...
"Don't go down that path! There's quicksand there!" ?????

Age's relative. Old age and wisdom have since been replaced by youth and beauty.
Hey, wise guy, did you know that;
- Animals that lay eggs don't have belly buttons
- August has the highest percent of births
- Frowning burns more calories then smiling
- for every human in the world there is approximately one chicken!!

You're missing one long term pattern of behavior.
Old people will always give advice that will be ignored by young people.

Oh and the crazy part? It is because you're claiming imaginary magic powers, when it is simple observation, experience, and logic in action.
