Remember you exams in school? How were you able to crack them? Prepare, prepare, prepare. Do some research on the company and the position you are applying for. That's the external part. Then, do an internal examination: who you are, what are your strengths, what are you proud of about yourself, what are your areas for improvement, what kind of career you want. How to give your answer? Be honest and sincere. It won't guarantee you every job you apply for, but it will guarantee that you will get the best job for yourself.
