Of course, you can, since these two types of modules are built on the same architecture. By the way, there's a small correction - the RAM running at 100 MHz is called PC-1600 and that running at 133 MHz is called PC-2100.

Both the RAMs would run in your PC, but both would run at the lower clock speed of the two - that is 100 MHz (The 133 MHz module will be clocked down to 100 MHz). That won't be much of a concern since a difference of 33 MHz doesn't really matter for most applications.

It's fine as long as your PC only needs PC100 memory... PC100 memory won't work if your PC expects PC133.

Have run PCs with mixed speed memory before... have striped old PCs that were running PC66, PC100 AND PC133 in one motherboard

i does not possibility putting yet another 8 GB stick interior the motherboard. I even have tried it till now and it has a tendency to not prefer to paintings. I continuously advise putting interior the comparable RAM stick through fact the different one in. And easily, you will not be conscious a distinction between 8 GB of RAM or 12 GB RAM. and since the different individual pronounced, you will not get the added speed of twin channel RAM. wish I helped, Caleb.

Yes, don't worry as long as you don't try to mix DDR with SD RAM you should be fine.
