I'm from that area, I'm sorry but nobody calls San Francisco "SanFo" or "SanFro" or even "San Fran," and the worst thing you can call it is "Frisco." You either call it San Francisco or "The City," nothing else.

Egad...neither. The City is the only appropriate nick name for San Francisco.
It is not San Fran, Frisco, etc.

those cities have been named interior the 1700s and 1800s so as that they are historic references to figures interior the cultural and social existence on the time which replaced into very plenty motivated via religion. I dont consider changing any of those historic names. I dont like military street being referred to as Caesar Chavez St. because of the fact it obliterates the historic reason for the call. there's a reason streets are named after significant figures yet they might desire to no longer be altered for any present day politically ultimate reason.

Neither is remotely appropriate or correct. I lived in The City and I never heard either of them. While people from there do object to "Frisco" it is common and it has a history. I honestly don't believe that either of your choices exists outside your imagination, or maybe the imagination of someone who was pulling your leg. Trust the people here. Both are totally wrong.

Just like they said, call it either THE CITY or SF, not even SanFran or risk the indignant wrath of natives and locals. You will be banished to Daly City.

Sorry, neither. Nobody would know what you were talking about. SanFran is a common nickname, as is "the city" or just plain SF.

I would say San Fran...if you're going for a slang term.
ETA: the other two choices you've listed make no sense at all.
