walking is the best excercise?
Or do you feel that a gym is the best place to lose all those unwanted calories?

Walking is better. You don't have to spend for it.

i know walking is a good exercise . but gym is the demand of young generation coz who has time to walk n all , so its btr to go a gym in ur free time to lose ur extra calories. i think its the reality, there is no need to say anything that which exercise is best or which is worse . m i right!!!!!!!!!!!

actually walking is best form of exercise but then again it depends on what sort of gaol your trying to achieve as far as weight lose is concern.i find that walking helps with stress too.and not only that it strengthens your leg muscles.i go for a walk every other day and work out inside the house with a video or dvd tape.

Walking is good but swimming is best because it's the only exercise that uses all of the muscles of the body.

walkin & gym r completle difernt from each other

walk cant do wt gym can do & gym cant do wt walk can do

walkin is da best if u go 4 a walk regularly at da place whr thrs no of less pollution.........

gym is 2nd option, thr r too many ways 2 loose ur wieght orto do bpy building

Walking will do and is simple. All other excersise are used to keep fit of all other parts of body.
Swimming / Cycling is the best.

Walking is a great exercise, but so is aerobic exercise. I would suggest you try both and see which one helps you stick with a regular exercise program.

Walking. Or alternatively you may try contracting TB. Watch those pounds drop off.
