U should read and write more grammar book, watch English program, read English newspaper, talk in English with ur friends.

Call or go to your local library and ask about any literacy groups to attend. Most communities have them. They are free and would be comfortable for you.
If you are a spanish speaker trying to learn english the college is a good choice too.

If its "proper" English you want to improve, you can't beat reading lots of English books, but if its colloquial and conversational English you need then just get some English mates to hang out with.

Read a lot on interesting web site, that's all. I learned a lot just from reading great articles on a great subject the interest me.
We are on the Internet so you have lots of info you can find and read.
Also write and talk to others, also here in Y!A - it is a good exercise. Enjoy! :-)

I would suggest reading as much English books as you can. Work your way up in reading levels. For help on that ask a librarian.
You can have fun while learning too!

first i don't know where do you live but if you live where lots of ppl who speak English and you are not married hang out with a girl does not speak your language only English you well learn from her fast and easy .

Get an English boyfriend/girlfriend who doesn't speak your language, then you'll have great incentive to learn ;)
