Without meaning any insult, yes the west is too decadent 4 its own good. The problem is that they do not see it, rather they prefer 2 see the faults of others. And if i may ask, which people do u call conservative Muslims? Whoever they are, probably they come for economic reasons. Their presence might also help 2 change the west for better moral uprightness.

I can't really answer your first question, so I'll just go straight to your second- My guess would be because they want to or feel that it would be better here than where they are.
