Are you shaving it? If so, it is because it is growing back. If not, and you are sexually active you may have caught something, and get checked out. It may also be a sign of a yeast infection. Please give some more info if you want a better answer.

If you shave on a regular basis the itching could be because of the hairs growing back.
If you are noticing any itching anywhere else besides the hair such as the other parts of your vulva (the external genital area, the vagina is on the inside of the body) or in the vagina itself you could have an infection and this needs to be evaluated by a dr to see what they think is going on.

Could be a number of things...Crabs, numerous STDS, sweat, dirt, just any number of things. Do you shave? IF you do, and the hair is growing back, it could be from that.
If you are feeling nervous about the itch...call your doctor.
Good Luck!

Because it's trapped in a pair of undies and kept close to the skin, therefore causing a tickling sensation.
Hope this helps.
