Well, coming on here and airing your views is really what Yahoo Answers is for, isn't it? Okay, it's not really nice to leave answers critical of other people or to be purposefully rude, but at least people who post comments on people aren't hiding behind the anonymity of the thumbs down.

I think I know what you are getting at, people make judgements and assumptions and accusations about others even though all they have read is a question or an answer from that person, I think it is just human nature to judge and unfairly at that!
I am guilty of it but I really hate it, sometimes I realise I am doing it and delete my answer and start again, I think I am the least judgemental out of all the people I know but I am still guilty of it on occasion, what hacks me off is that some people just can't see how judgemental they are and continue to judge but then hate it when someone judges them!

Yes i get you. Opinions on subjects are fine. That is what this site is for, but when people start commenting on the askers themselves is just downright ignorant. They don't know these people and you have no right to do that.
Also people don't get joke Qs and lighthearted stuff that goes on here, they really need to get a life sometimes.

Yahoo Answers is a forum for anyone to ask a question and anyone else to answer it.
If, when some people ask such ridiculous questions, or use such poor grammar and spelling, they get some sarcastic, caustic or downright rude replies, then they've only themselves to blame.
(By the way, you should acquaint yourself with the differences between 'too' and 'to', 'no' and 'know' and 'there' and 'their'.)

What is YA all about....sharing beliefs and views. I'd have to kindly agree to disagree with u on that one. Being rude or offensive or abusive to others isn't called for.....but I'm not gonna pay attention to the ones that do...I let it all roll off me like water off a duck.

this is polls and surveys, you are asking for an opinion to get a general consensus of the peoples thoughts, what you are complaining about are the pathetic mindless morons who give their obnoxious comments here because they need the anonimity to hide behind, there is a difference
ether way they are pathetic and should be ignored, just answer the Q's you like, if we ignore them long enough they go away, they always do

if you ask a question its because you are seeking a possible answer or at least hearing other peoples points of views, wether or not you act on them.
don't you think its a positive thing that you can ask a question and have loads of people with different life experiences, cultures, lifestyles, ages and points of view offer their input?
i think its great!!!

Too much of it going on babe. Q / A is fine if you have an opinion on askers question thats fine, but to start slagging people off is totally wrong, and its happening far to often.
