Packing ,,, need bubble wrap , preferably at a store in waterloo, somewhere convenient in london though like oxford circus or close to a main road.

Any Staples or Business Depot will have bubble wrap. Try a FedEx or UPS store. Maybe, you could even buy it from the post office. You sound like a student, have you tried the bookstore? Do places like Best Buy or Wal-Mart recycle their packaging? Go there and see if they have any (free).

any good stationers will sell it, if there's a staples they sell it in large or small amounts
