In my opinion the motherly/sensitive/emotional Cancer is the most feminine sign.Drawing parallels one would think Leo to be the most mascuiline sign what with the lion and all that.However am not so sure about this latter part.

every Sagittarius girl i know acts like a guy.
even if they try to be feminine it's this manly thing that just sticks out about them i don't know why.
the most feminine signs would probably be Taurus && cancer.
every taurus && cancer girl i know has feminine qualitys dripping from them :) including the best style.
