I'm 21 weeks and still have a neat innie. I ate half a box of Cap N' Crunch today and am wearing my old jeans comfortably. I'm fascinated by the belly button popping but I'm begining to think that it won't happen. Is it possible to have an innie all the way through your pregnancy?

Totally possible....it will definitely become more shallow as the uterus grows behind it, but mine never ever popped! I've always had a very "in" innie...

Congradulations!

Hope this helps, it may.

"Another concern I’ve recently had is my belly button. Apparently some women’s belly buttons pop out during pregnancy. I have always enjoyed my “innie”, and have never ever had a desire for an “outie.” As the baby has grown, my belly button has shrunk to less than half its previous depth. Since I still have 2 1/2 months to go, I’m worried that the increased rate of the baby’s growth will soon leave no more room for my belly button, and I will indeed “pop.” They also say that belly buttons generally go back to their normal shape after the birth, but I’m still not looking forward to the possibility of toting around an “outie” for a few months - so please send positive “innie” thoughts my way, and hopefully I won’t have to mourn the loss of my belly button."

yes, it's definitely possible. didn't happen to me though. I noticed my belly button change long before 20 weeks too. I thought it was about to pop. My belly button has not yet popped at 25 weeks, but its started to change significantly. I'm not sure if it will actually pop, or just widen a bit more, like it's been doing. Everyon'es different :)

Congrats!!
Yes it is, I was not so lucky, I was huge,I could not fit in old jeans when I was 3 months pregnant, and only put baby weight on. And even with it looking like I was pregnant with twins or more, My belly did not pop... I have a beautiful healthy girl of 4 today.
