Those were plain rumors and speculations. Michael neither admitted nor denied the accusation. It was so speculated because MJ and Isiah had this running feud which began in 1985 when Thomas allegedly instigated the "freeze" on Michael during the All-Star game. This continued during the intense Chicago-Detroit rivalry in the late 80's and early 90's. It was said that MJ's alleged move during the Dream Team selection process was in retaliation to Isiah. However, nothing really came out of it, and eventually, MJ and Isiah became friends, the latter even coaching Michael during his last All-Star game in 2003.

Don't think so, If he did, the entire basketball community would have heard about it, would have been on sports center and in numerous articles in the sports section, so i'm saying no and we probably will never find out either unless he comes out and admits it, so far it would be just speculation, or Isiahs' word against his but I don't think Thomas has even said Jordan "kept" him off the team?
