This is the story of my female friend.A guy used to be after her for 4 years, she has taken her time n recenly (8 months) accepted her proposal but the guy told her that he likes another gal. she was shattered. today he is getting married to that another gal, my friend is really depressed. As a friend how to console her.She is crying for what has happened in her life and thinks that she is one of the unlucky gal in this world.

Ask her to feel better as better things are in store for her and she is bound to get a man who loves her deeply and does not ditch her. This guy was not meant to her life-partner, and was not worthy of her.

Oh that is a sad story. I guess timing is everything, and the guy DID wait a long while for her.
Tell her to look at it like this, it seems like, in four years his wants and requirements in a partner changed, and she no longer was his ideal.
He met that ideal in someone else and is now marrying her. So simply put they were not meant for each other.
He likes someone else. As hard as that is to hear and accept its simply more logic than emotions. In time, she will get over him and accept this fact.
There are many good decent men out there and she will find someone soon. She should trust her instincts and not take too long in making a decision, but not rush into anything either.

Mostly guys are like that only, but this guy who was back for 4 yrs and left the accepted proposal with in 8 months shows that he is not intested in love but to make a show . may be he had challanged his friends about gaining the heart of your friend. Please say to your friend that this guy is an example in life. Suggest your friend that Just don't believe on love, she will (Surely) get a life partner with more more and more of love, affection and all the good qualities. Just have faith in god. Every on have there own reward in future from God.

I think she's lucky. A guy who can change his mind after 4 years of persuasion with what he called as love is not worth being cried for. Come on, we are talking about love here. People wait for their loved ones till their deaths, and he changed his mind in just 4 years, I know someone who's waiting for it's love since last 16 years.
And I believe that he just ran behind this friend of yours for fun. He selected another girl, even before she could accept the proposal. Doesn't that mean that when, in front of you he was running after her, behind you he was trying for other girls too. Do you think one shoulkd cry over losing such a freak?
Just let your friend know how lucky she is. Else, she would had been cheated upon later.

It's really sad. But tell your friend to be optimistic. something is better for her in life. Had she married this guy and he turns to another one, it is suicidal for her. It is because of the prayer of her parents that she has not tied the knot with such heartless and spineless fellow. Ask her to be bold, and pray to god. Atleast she is having a friend like you to console her. In many other cases the betrayed one will not even have a friend to console. So she is in a better position. Why is she worrying for a person who has'nt pay any respect to her love? That guy is not the right person for her so ask her to forget everything. He was not her possession. So no need to worry. Best of luck to your friend because she escaped from a trap.

Well, then that guy doesn't deserve ur friend! Bcz if he really was into her, he wouldn't do that, he would stick with her, & never turn away. She'll find the right guy in time. Its not the end of the world. Comfort her, and be there for her. She might need help to get back on her feet again.

Time is a great healer. She will get over it when she meets someone better. She should develop her personality, skills and think positive that everything happens for the best and god has someone better for. If she thinks that she will get a better person then she will definitely get. So console her on these lines.

I think she is lky coz he left her b4 marrying hr. tell hr life is fast, just move on & find sm tru lv. Well I think if u really care 4 hr y not marry hr, she w'd get a gud frnd *** partner for life.

I gather she needs to understand that the guy who left her for another girl for none of her faults was not worthy of her. She in fact is lucky that she came to know about him before the marriage... Life means to move ahead and sh will get better options...

That's really depressing, anyways u should tell her that if something happen's, it happen's for good, tell her might she have some other good opportunities in life later.
it's not end of the world, she should not make herself depress, tell her to start a fresh life with a new hope.
