..and what time do you wake up?
I usually go to bed at 12-1ish
& wake up at 7. Maybe that is why I'm always tired

When I'm working anywhere from 9:30am to 11:30am. If I'm lucky I can get to bed by 8:30am. I should mention that I work nights and try to get some sleep during the day. When I have a nights off I try to get to bed before midnight and up by 8a.

I usually go to bed anywhere between 10 pm and 2 am. I wake up around 5 or 6 am.

Usually end up going to bed around 2-3ish and wake up mabe 12-1ish, depending on when I have to go to work, lol.

I have not been on a regular schedule this past 2 or 3 weeks. It was to bed at 11:30pm and up at 5:15am.

During the summer: usually sleep at 3-4am, wake up at 11ish
not summer: around 12-2, wake up at 6-8am. I need my morning coffee! lol

Lately I've been going to bed at 9 and waking at 6ish.... and I was dead tired all day so I'm going to drop all theory of healthy bed times. I'll go to sleep when I feel like it and wake up when I have to.

go to bed usually about 7:30-8am...get up about 2:30-3:30pm.....weekends are a littel bit different
